Your responsibilities will include implementing individualized service plans, providing behavioral interventions in home and community settings, and actively managing youth with behavioral challenges. Ensuring a safe and supportive environment is essential, as you will develop and initiate safety standards while instructing youth on positive behavioral practices.Additionally, you will monitor and document observations of youth behavior, allowing for necessary modifications to daily activities that align with therapeutic goals. The ability to work independently while following established protocols and guidelines is crucial for successful implementation of behavioral therapy programs.
