Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you’ll gain hands‑on exposure to month‑end close, balance sheet reconciliations, sales and use tax, financial analysis, and other core accounting functions while working alongside an experienced leadership team. Staff Accountant Responsibilities Process accounts payable and help ensure accurate and timely vendor payments. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and support the month‑end close process. The Staff Accountant will prepare and file sales and use tax returns. Perform account analysis and assist with financial reporting and ad hoc accounting projects. Provide backup support for rebate administration and cash applications as needed. The Staff Accountant will identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, accuracy, and efficiency. Partner with the Accounting Manager and Controller on day‑to‑day accounting operations. Qualifications for the Staff Accountant Role Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2–5 years of accounting experience. Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required. Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze and manipulate data. Experience with JDE or a similar ERP system is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Self‑motivated, team‑oriented professional who enjoys learning and taking on new responsibilities.
