How you'll make an impact in this role

• Ensures rigorous compliance with all governing legal and regulatory pharmacy standards.

• Complies with Federal (FDA, DEA), State statutes, and Board of Pharmacy rules, requiring constant review and inspection preparedness.

• Contributes knowledge to prevent errors and drive systemic improvements.

• Manages formulary, evaluates new therapies, reviews protocols, and makes evidence-based decisions on drug inclusion (efficacy, safety, cost).

• Integrates pharmacy practices with institutional objectives for infection prevention and continuous performance enhancement.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Pharmacist credentialed from the Wisconsin Pharmacy Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.

Work Experience:

• 3 years of experience required OR a graduate from an accredited Health System PharmacyAdministration residency program required.
