RN - Acute Care - Medical Telemetry - Full-Time Night Shift

Role Registered Nurse (RN) for Acute Care in Medical Telemetry, providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes using evidence-based practices. Foster relationships with patients and families, ensuring culturally sensitive care and clear communication. Coordinate and document safe care, promote teamwork and collaboration, participate in performance improvement initiatives, and support research and evidence-based practice. Serve as a preceptor or mentor to advance professional development, uphold organizational policies, and contribute to protocol development for optimal outcomes. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years RN experience, with active RN license (single state or multi-state Compact), BLS certification, and at least an Associate's or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).
