Come join our team of hard-working, talented professionals!Position SummaryThe Marketing Automation Manager supports Chubb Benefits/Combined by building, executing, and optimizing automated communications that help deliver clear, timely, and effective benefits messaging. This mid-level role partners with marketing, content, operations, and business stakeholders to build campaign workflows, audience segmentation, and reporting across a range of benefits-related communications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, review-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, launch, and manage automated communications and workflows within the MOD ecosystem for Chubb Benefits/Combined sales teamsSegment audiences and support personalized messaging for benefits, enrollment, and related communicationsPartner with cross-functional teams to align automation efforts with business goals, timelines, and approval processesMonitor automation and site performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and effectivenessMaintain data quality, list hygiene, and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirementsManage day-to-day use of marketing automation platforms and troubleshoot issues as neededSupport lead nurturing, email marketing, and lifecycle communication programs related to benefits offeringsCreate reports and share insights on performance, audience engagement, and process improvementsContribute to testing, optimization, and workflow enhancementsStay current on marketing automation best practices, tools, and trends relevant to benefits communicationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience3–5 years of experience in marketing automation, email marketing, digital marketing, or a related roleExperience using marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar toolsStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical skills and comfort working with data and performance metricsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, review-driven environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting benefits communications, enrollment campaigns, or insurance-related marketingFamiliarity with CRM integration, lead management, campaign reporting, A/B testing, segmentation, and journey mappingExperience working in a regulated or enterprise environmentSuccess in This Role Looks LikeAutomated functionalities are executed accurately and on timeBenefits messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with Chubb Benefits/Combined standardsAudience targeting and personalization improve engagementReporting and insights help guide campaign decisionsAutomation processes are reliable, efficient, and continuously improvingOUR BENEFITS As a Chubb corporate employee, you have access to one of the most comprehensive benefit plans in the business, designed to meet your needs and help you reach your financial goals.
