Radiology Technologist

Job Title: ASC Radiology Technologist (C-Arm / OR Experience Required) Location: Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (5 days per week) Pay Rate: $35/hr to $37/hr . Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic examinations following physician orders and established imaging protocols. Operate C-arm fluoroscopy equipment during orthopedic and surgical procedures while ensuring optimal image quality and patient safety. Demonstrate strong knowledge of radiographic positioning techniques and anatomy to produce accurate diagnostic images. Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process, verifying patient information, and ensuring comfort and safety. Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and operating room staff to support efficient surgical workflows. Adhere to radiation safety standards and infection prevention protocols at all times. Maintain imaging equipment, perform quality control checks, and report equipment issues as needed. Accurately document imaging procedures and maintain patient records in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced, high-volume ASC environment. Travel to and support multiple locations as needed to meet operational requirements. Required Qualifications Experience as a Radiologic Technologist in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) or operating room setting. Demonstrated experience operating a C-arm during surgical procedures. Strong radiographic positioning knowledge and orthopedic imaging experience. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
