This position is ideal for someone with banking, financial services, or customer-facing experience who enjoys working directly with customers and helping them find the right products and services to meet their financial needs.As a CSR, you will serve as a trusted resource for customers by assisting with account opening, account maintenance, digital banking services, and a wide range of consumer and business banking needs. Success in this role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to gather information, analyze customer needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.#### What You'll Do#### Deliver Exceptional Customer Service* Build meaningful relationships with customers through personalized and attentive service.* Assist customers with account inquiries, account maintenance, and service requests.* Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.* Support customers with online banking, mobile banking, debit cards, and other digital banking services.* Serve as a knowledgeable resource regarding bank products, services, and procedures.#### Help Customers Find the Right Banking Solutions* Conduct consultative conversations to understand customer needs.* Recommend deposit, lending, treasury management, and electronic banking products that align with customer goals.* Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships and enhance their banking experience.* Generate quality referrals through relationship-based service and engagement.#### Open and Service Accounts* Open consumer and business deposit accounts.* Complete account documentation and onboarding activities.* Maintain customer records and process account changes accurately.* Ensure compliance with Customer Identification Program (CIP), Know Your Customer (KYC), and regulatory requirements.#### Perform Specialized Banking Services* Process wire transfers and related documentation.* Assist with business online banking services.* Manage safe deposit box records and leasing activities.* Handle debit card disputes and coordinate fraud-related matters.#### Maintain Compliance and Accuracy* Follow all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.* Protect confidential customer information.* Identify and escalate potential fraud, suspicious activity, and operational risks.* Maintain accurate records and documentation.## Qualifications#### What We're Looking For#### Required Qualifications* High school diploma or equivalent.* Minimum of two years of banking, new accounts, or related financial services experience.* Strong customer service and communication skills.* Ability to build trust and maintain positive customer relationships.* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.* Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer applications.#### Preferred Qualifications* Three or more years of banking, financial services, or retail banking experience.* Experience opening and servicing consumer and business accounts.* Experience generating referrals and identifying customer needs through consultative conversations.* Knowledge of banking software platforms such as Fiserv, NuPoint, NAC, BPM, IMM, View email address on click.appcast.io, or similar systems.* Additional banking education or a bachelor's degree in a related field.#### The Ideal CandidateWe're looking for someone who:* Enjoys helping people and making complex banking topics easy to understand.* Takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.* Can gather information, evaluate situations, and make sound decisions.* Maintains a professional, polished, and courteous demeanor.* Builds lasting relationships through trust and personalized service.* Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.* Works well both independently and as part of a team.#### Why Join Us?At Synergy Bank, we believe banking is about relationships.
