Gelia is looking for an Art Director who can bring concepts to life with clarity, craft, and purpose. This role is a great fit for a creative thinker with sharp design instincts, strong execution skills, and the curiosity to keep evolving. You will work across industries, platforms, and formats, translating strategy into creative that not only looks great, but performs.


You will concept and design across a wide range of projects and collaborate closely with writers, strategists, and account teams from early brainstorming through final delivery. This is a hands-on role with room to stretch your skills, explore new approaches, and build work you will be proud to share.


What You'll Bring:

• 3 to 5 years of design and art direction experience
• A portfolio showing strong conceptual thinking and polished execution across print, digital, social, and video
• A strong foundation in typography, color, composition, layout, and design fundamentals
• The ability to translate brand strategy and creative direction into effective visual solutions
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
• Comfort adapting to new technologies, trends, and evolving client needs
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with AI-enabled creative tools that support ideation and workflow efficiency
• Experience designing for digital platforms
• Clear communication skills and openness to feedback
• Comfort with fast turnarounds and cross-office collaboration
• A link to your portfolio showcasing thoughtful, well-crafted work
