What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervise all F&B operations across Windward, The Beach Bar, and event functions.
- Develop menus, collaborate with culinary teams, and ensure food quality and presentation meet 6PM Hospitality, Hilton, and health standards.
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure profitability across all F&B outlets.
- Hire, train, and coach team members while holding them accountable to standards of excellence.
- Ensure all shifts are adequately staffed, including weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Oversee vendor relationships, ordering, and contract negotiations for cost-effective, high-quality products.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, and maintain SOPs and training manuals.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate F&B operations with overall hotel goals.
- Assist in banquet setup, service, and cleanup, and maintain open communication across teams.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, monitor budgets, and implement corrective actions to meet goals.
Who You Are
- Experienced & Knowledgeable – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 8+ years in F&B management.
- Leader & Mentor – Skilled at coaching, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.
- Guest-Focused & Detail-Oriented – Passionate about creating memorable dining and event experiences.
- Financially Savvy – Experienced in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
- Flexible & Resilient – Ready for varied schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Certified & Safety-Minded – ServSafe, Certified Food Manager, TIPS, CPR, and excellent driving record.
