Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with multiple companies in Manistee seeking experienced Facilities Managers. These organizations value long-term fit and are looking for professionals who bring both skill and alignment. By joining our network, you gain access to opportunities tailored to your goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of facility maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural.
  • Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
  • Coordinate and supervise external contractors and vendors for facility-related projects and services.
  • Manage facility budgets, including forecasting, expense tracking, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
  • Implement and manage space planning initiatives, reconfigurations, and office moves to optimize facility utilization.
  • Respond to and resolve facility-related issues and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
  • Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance in manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million dollar facilities budgets.
  • Experience in leading and developing a team of maintenance technicians and facilities staff.
