What You'll Do The Dental Receptionist will answer phone calls, greet patients, schedule appointments, maintain office appearance, and perform various clerical tasks. The Dental Receptionist will coordinate and organize appointments and administration to facilitate the efficient running of the dental office. Compensation: $25.00 to $30.25 an hour - Dependent Upon Experience Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Current BLS certification Minimum of 1 year of related experience in dental setting preferred Experience with EPIC Wisdom or dental scheduler preferred Knowledge of government (Medi-Cal) and non-government payers for dental insurances and dental terminology Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace software Ability to communicate in a respectful and professional manner with all staff Maintain a positive environment that is focused on patient care Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily production targets Additional Requirements Must have a current and valid California driver’s license and the ability to provide proof of personal auto insurance on the vehicle driven during working hours.
