La empresa Trafik busca incorporar una persona para Production Assistant en Los Angeles, CA, USA . Se trata de una oferta de tiempo completo y modalidad presencial en un entorno de postproducción ágil, con apoyo directo a los equipos de Production , Operations y Marketing . Descripción del puesto La persona seleccionada dará soporte a las operaciones diarias del departamento de Color , ayudando a que los proyectos, la logística del estudio y la atención al cliente funcionen con fluidez. También colaborará en tareas administrativas, técnicas y de apoyo en el propio estudio, manteniendo un alto nivel de organización, proactividad y atención al detalle. Responsabilidades Gestionar Vault y Drive , incluyendo el seguimiento en CETA , el mantenimiento físico del archivo y la organización del almacenamiento de discos. Coordinar con Color Production la devolución de unidades a clientes con la información correcta de los activos, incluyendo embalaje, envíos por FedEx y gestiones asociadas. Realizar entregas y recogidas físicas de discos en coordinación con Operations . Preparar y enviar el call sheet diario del estudio. Apoyar al equipo de color production en tareas como cobertura de sesiones de Clearview cuando los Producers gestionen varios proyectos. Ayudar a los Producers a introducir facturas de proyectos en CETA cuando sea necesario. Apoyar la gestión de Masters Collection cuando sea necesario. Asistir a los Producers con la asistencia de clientes cuando sea necesario. Gestionar la cuenta de Instagram , incluyendo selección de imágenes y elección de créditos para publicaciones. Administrar la newsletter, editando textos, coordinando el diseño, facilitando el control de calidad y la salida final. Actuar como punto de contacto presencial para el catering en screenings de agencias. Colaborar con la logística de eventos internos en el estudio. Requisitos Excelente capacidad de organización y atención excepcional al detalle. Fuertes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales, con orientación al servicio al cliente. Capacidad para priorizar múltiples tareas y trabajar con eficacia en un entorno de ritmo rápido. Facilidad para colaborar con equipos de Production , Operations y Marketing . Manejo de Microsoft Office , Box y Google Workspace . Se valorará experiencia con flujos de trabajo y sistemas de gestión de postproducción , como CETA . Se valorará familiaridad con la gestión de redes sociales, especialmente Instagram . Permiso de conducir válido y disposición para realizar recogidas y entregas locales cuando sea necesario. Experiencia previa en producción , postproducción o operaciones de medios, preferiblemente. Condiciones Puesto presencial basado en el estudio de Santa Monica, CA. Oferta de tiempo completo .
