Assistant General Manager

As Assistant General Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of food quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and Area Supervisor to ensure goals are met while fostering a positive workplace culture. Collaborate with the General Manager and Area Supervisor to achieve business goals. Supervise all restaurant staff, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Lead and develop a high-performing team by providing guidance, coaching, and support. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Qualifications Previous restaurant management experience or experience in a similar role is a plus. Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required meetings. Willingness to accept a General Manager position if a position becomes available in a reasonable distance. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and customer satisfaction.
