Operations Supervisor

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, and crisis services across Arizona. The Operations Supervisor works within Crisis, Inpatient, and Transition Point programs to coordinate care and maintain a safe, high‑quality environment for all patients. Job Summary The Operations Supervisor is a key member of the interdisciplinary treatment team. This role collaborates with the RN Supervisor, Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC), Patient Care Technician (PCT), Registered Nurse (RN), and Behavioral Health Medical Practitioner (BHMP) to ensure safe and effective care. Responsibilities include oversight and guidance to the Patient Care Technician(s) for intake and discharge processes, Peer Support Specialists, and BHCs, facilitating efficient patient throughput. Skills / Requirements Associate’s degree in a business or health care field (preferred). One or more years of full‑time health care work experience, including exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations. One or more years of leadership/supervisory experience preferred.
