This is a remote role, with the ideal candidate residing in Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, or New Mexico.Ideal candidates have food service recruiting experience, strong sourcing and talent pipelining capabilities, business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to consult and challenge hiring leaders.About the jobIn this role, you will help shape the future of Sodexo’s workforce by driving innovative talent sourcing, recruitment, and staffing strategies that connect the right people to the right opportunities. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations.
