Bluegrass Pediatric Therapies is looking for an exceptional pediatric Speech Therapist who loves helping children thrive.

You’ll join an experienced, collaborative team serving children and families at our private outpatient clinics in Richmond and Winchester, Kentucky. We’re looking for an SLP who is evidence-based, family-centered, eager to grow, and excited to work alongside professionals who genuinely support one another.

Compensation

The salary or hourly range is discipline-specific. Placement within the applicable range is based on:

Relevant pediatric and clinical experience

Professional certifications

Specialized skills

Schedule and employment status

Leadership or additional role responsibilities

Responsibilities

Screen and evaluate pediatric patients

Develop individualized plans of care

Provide evidence-based speech therapy

Create treatment plans and home exercise programs

Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Help children and families work toward meaningful goals

Complete documentation accurately and on time

Qualifications

Degree from an accredited Speech Therapy program

Current Kentucky speech therapy license

New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.

BPT is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Full-time (38-40 hours per week)

Four-day workweek
