Cath Lab Tech - Travel Job

Assist physicians and other cath lab personnel in conducting diagnostic and interventional procedures. Operate advanced imaging equipment to capture crucial images and physiologic data of the heart and vascular system. Provide focused patient monitoring and contribute to accurate diagnostic outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree or graduate of an approved Cardiovascular Training Program or accredited Allied Health Program.
• Certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the cardiovascular specialty or Cath Lab hospital setting.
• Must obtain and maintain certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Call commitment: one weeknight and one weekend per month.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Cardiovascular or Allied Health training program preferred.
• Experience with invasive cardiology, noninvasive cardiology, and peripheral vascular study procedures preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 07:00-18:00.
• Shift days: Days.
• Call requirement: one weeknight and one weekend per month.
• May be required to float to other facilities as needed.
