Post-Trip Support Analyst In Corporate Travel Account Management

As a Post-Trip Support Analyst in Corporate Travel Account Management, you will provide timely post-travel assistance and clear communication to travelers and client contacts. You'll investigate issues, coordinate with internal partners and suppliers, and help ensure requests are resolved accurately and efficiently.

Job responsibilities

• Manage post-trip inquiries from clients and travelers through a shared inbox and phone coverage as needed
• Retrieve hotel folios, reprint itineraries, and provide ticketing and receipt support
• Investigate hotel billing questions, airline no-show charges, and other post-travel discrepancies
• Process and track refunds related to flight interruptions and other travel disruptions
• Support lost baggage claims and coordinate next steps with airlines and suppliers when needed
• Document service complaints and escalations accurately and consistently in the designated tracking process
• Partner with servicing teams and account management colleagues to deliver a seamless client experience
• Communicate clearly with travelers and client contacts to explain findings, options, and resolution steps
• Track inquiry volume, resolution time, and workload to support reporting and continuous improvement
• Follow defined workflows and procedures to meet service standards and quality expectations

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 3 years of experience in travel operations, corporate travel support, or customer service in a travel environment
• Proficiency using Sabre or a comparable global distribution system (GDS)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex travel issues clearly
• Experience managing high-volume requests through shared inboxes or queue-based workflows
• Demonstrated ability to resolve customer complaints and handle escalations with professionalism
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple requests in a time-sensitive environment
• Ability to partner effectively with internal teams and external suppliers to drive resolution
• Proficiency with basic reporting and productivity tracking tools (for example, spreadsheets)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience supporting corporate travel programs or business travel clients
• Knowledge of airline disruption scenarios, refunds, and post-trip investigations
• Experience reviewing hotel folios and researching charge discrepancies
• Familiarity with structured complaint management and service recovery practices
• Continuous improvement mindset with interest in simplifying processes and improving turnaround times
