Sales Specialist \nTimpl has partnered with a 1 tier supplier for a global automobile manufacture\nand is seeking for a Sales Specialist. \n\nLocation : Register, GA\n\nMAJOR FUNCTION:\n1. Manages and plans delivery of parts to customers and checking the quantity of\npallets\n2. Monitors inventory of shipping area at A-jin and customers\n3. Monitors standards of the organization or Shipping process\n4. Receives a PO and send it to related departments\n5. Maintains 3C 5S includes a shipping dock and fork lift\n6. Checks the attendance and trains team members and liaison (Customer service\nrepresentative)\n7. Manages the warehousing of all finished goods which includes picking,\npackaging and shipment of products and materials (1&2 shift)\n8. Manages the trucking company (Trailer and Truck) and monitors a driver\nperformance\n\n\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\n1. Monitor employee performance and schedule staff to meet anticipated work\ndemand\n2. Reports export documentation and data entry for all shipments\n3. Assist the shipping manager with daily functions\n4. Assign employees to pick, package, and ship products and materials to our\ncustomers\n5. Reconcile daily shipping data and complete reports\n6. Assure that staff works safely and in compliance with state and federal\nsafety regulations\n7. Monitor shipments to ensure that customer specific requirements are met\n8. Keep work area clean and organized (3C 5S)\n9. Interface with our customers through various means to ensure that we are in\ncompliance with their prescribed shipping methods and requirements\n10. Notify our customers when difficulties arise in meeting their requirements\nand negotiate a workable solution for both parties\n11. Prepare, evaluate, and maintain employee performance reviews and time cards\n12. Perform various other duties as required\n\n\nADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:\nPerforms other duties as assigned\n\n\nPREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB:\n1. Bachelor's degree in business general administration\n2. Proficiency in Window Excel, Power Point, Word required\n3. An individual must demonstrate strong supervisory, interpersonal,\ncommunication skills\n4. Capability to perform multi-tasks\n5. Possess excellent problem solving skills\n6. Ability to resolve employee conflicts, problems, and complaints\n7. Knowledge of applicable statues pertaining to EOE, discrimination, sexual\nharassment, and other labor related allegations\n8. Possess strong math skills\n9. Computer proficiency is a must.\n10. Physical Requirements - ability to bend, twist, stoop, reach, climb ladders,\nlift materials up to 70 Ibs., and move materials up to 600 lbs using a pallet\njack\n\n\nPersonal Characteristics:\n1.
