Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and able to provide outstanding support to customers.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Previous customer service experience is a plus
