JOB DESCRIPTION Employment Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt (Hourly) Work Arrangement: In-office with some days remote Start Date: ASAP OVERVIEW In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Design Director to execute seasonal collections that reflect the brand’s elevated aesthetic and commitment to authenticity. RESPONSIBILITIES Sketch into all categories under the Design Director's direction Update and manage linesheets/concept boards Manage all sketch updates and CAD colorups Participate in material sourcing and development with mills and factories Launch all artwork packages with factories and manage correspondence Manage lab dip, strikeoff, and hand loom comments and approvals with PD/factories Help build and update tech packs under Design Director and Tech Designer's direction Build construction pages Execute additional detail sketches as needed Assist in sending out T/P’s to factories Assist Technical Designer with tasks as needed (help prepare for fittings, measure samples, prepare comments from fittings to factory) Participate in fittings, ensuring each garment meets S&R’s standards of fit, comfort, and quality REQUIREMENTS Located in Los Angeles Degree in Fashion Design 2-5 years of experience in Fashion Design or Technical Design Strong Illustrator sketching abilities Experience in tech pack execution #J-18808-Ljbffr
