X-Ray Tech - Medical Assistant

Sign-On Bonus: New hires may receive up to $3,500 for signing on. Work Hours: Monday - Sunday, 8am-8pm. Candidates must have flexibility to work during those hours. Responsibilities Take vital signs, collect lab specimens, perform EKGs, and administer IM injections. Perform all x-ray/imaging services according to provider orders and update patient charts accordingly. Collect patient history and document in EHR appropriately. Apply splints, dressings, and bandages. Assist with check‑in/check‑out, including auditing charts. Maintain records and logs on activities including in‑house lab work, drug screens, and lab work sent to other labs. Keep patients and visitors informed of clinic progress. Qualifications 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care setting (helpful). Experience using an EHR system (beneficial). High School Diploma or equivalent (required). Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or completion of an approved BOTP program (required). Licensed Radiological Technologist (RT) or Basic X‑ray Machine Operator (BMXO/BMO) in state of residency (required). Current AAMA certification (preferred). Current BLS certification, required within 30 days of start. Must obtain Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification and Federal Drug Screening Certification within 3 months of employment.
