L&D AI Learning Experience Designer

DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking an L&D AI Learning Experience Designer in Atlanta, GA.Summary:We are seeking an innovative AI Learning Experience Designer (LXD) to create engaging learning solutions that combine instructional design, learning science, UX/UI principles, and AI-powered technologies. This client-facing role partners with stakeholders to design, develop, and prototype modern learning experiences that drive business results and learner engagement.Key Responsibilities:* Partner with clients and stakeholders to identify learning needs and business goals* Design end-to-end learning journeys across live, virtual, and digital formats* Develop engaging learning content, assessments, job aids, and performance support materials* Utilize AI tools and rapid prototyping technologies to create and test learning solutions* Apply design thinking, adult learning principles, and UX/UI best practices* Facilitate stakeholder reviews and incorporate feedback throughout the design process* Support learning events, virtual programs, and implementation activities* Measure learning effectiveness using data, analytics, and learner feedback* Ensure compliance with accessibility, data privacy, and content standards* Collaborate with Learning Consultants, SMEs, and operations teams on solution deliveryRequirements* 5+ years of Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Learning Experience Design experience* Experience creating live, virtual, blended, and digital learning solutions* Experience using Microsoft 365 tools including PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Excel* Hands-on experience with generative AI and AI-enabled design or content creation tools* Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies* Knowledge of UX/UI principles, design thinking, and prototyping* Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills* Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:* Experience in consulting, agency, or professional services environments* Experience with agile delivery, design sprints, and rapid prototyping* Prior Big 4 or enterprise learning experience* Leadership or people management experience* Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms and e-learning authoring toolsKey Competencies:* Learning Experience Design* Instructional Design* Generative AI* UX/UI Design* Design Thinking* Adult Learning Theory* Learning Technologies* Client Consulting* Project Management* Data & Learning Analytics* Communication & Facilitation* Innovation & Continuous ImprovementJob TypeContractCompensation72 - $88
