About the Role:

A well-established architecture, planning, and interior design firm is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives, pursuit development, communications, and client engagement programs. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with AEC experience who enjoys combining strategy with hands-on execution and wants to play a key role in the firm s continued growth.

The successful candidate will work closely with leadership, business development teams, and technical professionals to strengthen the firm s brand, develop winning pursuits, create compelling marketing materials, and identify new opportunities in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the firm s growth objectives and target markets.
• Lead branding, communications, public relations, thought leadership, and content initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitive activity to identify new opportunities.
• Develop targeted marketing materials, campaigns, events, and content.
• Partner with business development and technical teams to strengthen relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Manage CRM, content, and knowledge-sharing systems.
• Oversee marketing collateral, qualifications packages, project information, and presentation materials.
• Lead proposal, qualification, and interview efforts from strategy through final delivery.
• Develop pursuit strategies and compelling client-focused content in collaboration with leadership and technical teams.
• Coordinate interview preparation, presentation coaching, and pursuit planning.
• Track pursuit performance and identify opportunities to improve win rates and efficiency.
• Support internal communications and visual storytelling initiatives.
• Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, conferences, and with strategic partners.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4 7 years of AEC marketing experience or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Experience leading proposals, presentations, interviews, and pursuit strategy.
• Strong people management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and CRM platforms.
• Ability to travel for client meetings, interviews, conferences, and office collaboration.
• CPSM certification or interest in pursuing certification is a plus.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant marketing work is required. Examples may include proposals, qualifications packages, interview presentations, branding, campaigns, and marketing collateral.
