Position Overview

• Provide VA Compensation and Pension examinations for Veterans focused on Traumatic Brain Injury and related psychiatric and behavioral residuals.
• Evaluation only. No treatment. No prescribing.
• Perform structured psychiatric interviews and mental status examinations.
• Complete applicable Disability Benefits Questionnaires in the electronic system and submit within 24 to 48 hours after the exam.

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO with completed Psychiatry residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
• Active, unrestricted medical license.
• DEA may be required for credentialing.
