Job DescriptionAudiovisual Warehouse Associate/ Driver\nJob Overview\nPrecision Productions is looking for an organized, hands-on Warehouse Associate / Driver to keep our gear show-ready. You’ll prep, load, deliver, and check in audio, video, and lighting equipment for corporate events, broadcast, music, ministry, and virtual productions. This full-time, in-person role reports to the Warehouse Manager and is based at our shop south of Fort Worth, TX, with occasional work on show sites.\n\nAbout Us\nPrecision Productions provides audiovisual services and solutions for entertainment and live events, turning our clients’ creative vision into production and technical reality. “Precision” isn’t just our name; it’s our standard. Rather than chase volume, we focus on our customers and on getting every event right, large or small.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n•Pull, prep, and test gear per show specs; load and unload trucks with proper packing to prevent damage.\n•Check in and QC returning equipment, and quarantine anything damaged.\n•Keep inventory accurate in Current-RMS, including usage, damage, losses, repairs, and cycle counts.\n•Drive local deliveries and pickups in non-CDL trucks up to 26’, and occasionally help with setup and strike on site.\n•Keep company trucks clean and maintained, and coordinate repairs with outside vendors.\n•Support the Operations team and Project Managers with equipment availability, cross-rentals, and replacement purchases.\n•Keep the warehouse and loading dock clean, safe, and organized, and suggest ways to improve our workflow.\n\nWhat You Bring\n•Ideally 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in live events or AV, but attitude and work ethic are much more important than experience.\n•Working knowledge of AV gear: audio, video, lighting, rigging, and power distribution.\n•Strong attention to detail, a calm head under deadline pressure, and a professional, client-facing demeanor.\n•Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Suite) and willingness to learn inventory software such as Current-RMS or Flex.\n•Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; familiarity with DOT rules and OSHA warehouse safety standards.\n•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and to walk, stand, bend, and reach throughout the day.\n•High school diploma or equivalent; must pass a background check and drug screen and be authorized to work in the U.S.\n\nVeterans are encouraged to apply!\n\nSchedule, Pay & Benefits\nMonday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with overtime and occasional evenings and weekends based on show needs.
