Your primary focus will be on patients within a hospice setting, many of whom are navigating terminal illnesses and require not only clinical intervention but also emotional support and coping strategies. You will provide a safe space for patients and their families to express their feelings, fears, and hopes, using skilled therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing conversations and empower them during their journeys.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a recognized and accredited program.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in mental health or outpatient social work settings, with a preference for experience in hospice or palliative care.
