Job Summary:
Essential Functions:
- Welcoming visitors and guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Distributing mail
- Providing clerical support as assigned
- Scanning Documents into EMR
Qualifications/Experience:
- 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience working in the healthcare industry is preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow instructions
- Maintain basic knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Strong verbal and listening skills
- Multi-tasking skills
- Passion for helping others
- Excellent customer service
- Teamwork qualities
- Dependability
- Reliability
- Work every other weekend, 12-hour shifts.
- Work every other Holiday, for double time pay
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- High school Diploma or GED
