ABOUT RUGIET

We deliver bespoke compounded medications and a premium patient experience across men's health. We have built a product patients love, a brand with real momentum, and an infrastructure that scales. Now we are building the next chapter: a dedicated supplement division that extends the Rugiet brand into the fastest-growing segment of consumer health.

The General Manager, Supplements is a true builder's role. You will own the Rugiet supplement division from zero to scale, end-to-end. That means sourcing products, standing up supply chain and fulfillment, defining positioning and go-to-market, driving acquisition and retention, and owning the P&L from day one. You are not here to manage an existing business. You are here to build one.

This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role reporting directly to the CEO. The right person is an operator first, not a strategist. You have built or scaled a DTC supplement or consumer health business before, you know what good looks like at every stage, and you are excited by the opportunity to do it again inside a company that already has the brand, the patient base, and the infrastructure to win.

P&L and Division Performance

• Own the Supplement Division P&L from day one: revenue, gross margin, CAC, LTV, and contribution margin after marketing spend (CM3)
• Build and manage the annual budget and forward-looking financial forecast for the division
• Report weekly and monthly to the CEO on division KPIs including revenue, CM3, customer counts, refill rates, and progress against milestones
• Drive rapid course correction when performance is off-track

Product Sourcing and Supply Chain

• Source, evaluate, and contract with supplement manufacturers and co-packers that meet Rugiet's quality and cost standards
• Own inventory planning, demand forecasting, and fulfillment infrastructure for the supplement division
• Ensure all products meet applicable FDA, FTC, and labeling compliance requirements
• Build redundancy into the supply chain from day one to avoid stockouts at scale

Go-to-Market and Growth

• Define the positioning, pricing, and product-market fit for each supplement SKU
• Own the go-to-market brief and work directly with Growth, Creative, and Lifecycle to drive new customer acquisition and retention
• Drive cross-sell of supplements to Rugiet's existing core patient base via checkout, email, and lifecycle campaigns
• Drive upsell of supplements to existing Rugiet patients through email and CRM campaigns
• Monitor the competitive landscape across DTC supplement brands and ensure Rugiet's positioning stays differentiated

Customer Experience

• Own the end-to-end patient experience for supplement customers from first order through refill, support, and long-term retention
• Ensure the supplement experience matches the Rugiet standard: premium, trustworthy, and patient-first
• Partner with the Patient Support team to ensure supplement-related inquiries are handled at the same quality bar as core Rugiet products

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Drive alignment across Clinical, Regulatory, Operations, Product, Marketing, Lifecycle, Finance, and Customer Support to execute the supplement roadmap
• Remove blockers, maintain accountability across teams, and escalate fast when something is off-track
• Build the case for headcount as the division scales and eventually build a dedicated supplement team

• 7+ years of operating experience, with at least 3 years directly owning a P&L in a DTC supplement, nutraceutical, or consumer health business
• Proven track record of launching or scaling a supplement product line from zero or near-zero revenue, not just growing an established business
• Deep understanding of supplement supply chain: contract manufacturers, co-packers, ingredient sourcing, quality control, and FDA/FTC compliance
• Strong commercial instincts: CAC/LTV unit economics, refill rate optimization, cross-sell strategy, and subscription model dynamics
• Experience working directly with Growth and Lifecycle teams to drive paid and organic customer acquisition and retention
• Operator's mindset: you build processes, remove blockers, escalate fast, and hold yourself accountable to the numbers
• High EQ and cross-functional leadership: you can drive outcomes across teams you do not directly manage
• Comfort in ambiguity: you are energized by building, not frustrated by the absence of established systems
• Bonus: experience at a DTC telemedicine or compounding pharmacy-adjacent company; existing relationships with quality supplement manufacturers
