Job Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct assessments, follow protocol, report medical or behavioral changes, and document findings Perform admission duties: complete assessment, MAR, TAR, POS, review chart set-up, physician orders, and order medications Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician and guardian, and arrange transportation Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies Respond effectively to emergency situations Requirements: Licensure/Certification: LPN Benefits: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Disability Insurance Vision Insurance Employee Assistance Program 401(k) Life Insurance Paid Time Off Additional Benefits: Telemedicine: $0 co-pay for telemedicine appointments, providing easy access to medical consultations from the comfort of your home.
