Licensed Pharmacy Technician (Temp-to-Perm)Pay: $23.00/hour Employment Type: Temp-to-PermSchedule:Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM–12:00 AMEvery other weekend and holidays requiredWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Licensed Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity with the potential for long-term employment. Under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, you will prepare prescriptions accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies and pharmacy regulations.Responsibilities:Pick, label, scan, and prepare prescriptions for final pharmacist verificationFill daily medication orders accurately and efficientlyProcess returned medications for recycling or proper disposalPrepack, label, and store frequently ordered medicationsPull medications from inventory and storage areasApply labels to blister cards and scan products for accuracyAlert the pharmacist of any medication or product scanning issuesMaintain a clean, organized workstation and replenish suppliesFollow HIPAA and all applicable pharmacy regulationsComply with safety, attendance, and dress code policiesPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:High School diploma or equivalentActive and unrestricted Massachusetts Licensed Pharmacy Technician licenseAbility to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentPreferred:Previous Licensed Pharmacy Technician experiencePhysical Requirements:Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required based on business needs.
