The Mission

AirWorks is the “Mom Approved” leader in Ventura County. We are looking for a driven, people-focused leader to take ownership of both our service and sales operations .

This role is ideal for someone who understands the trades, knows how to lead people, and is ready to take the next step in their career. You do not need to have already held a Service or Sales Manager title. We are open to candidates with relatable leadership, sales, operations, or customer-service experience who show strong potential and a desire to grow.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for helping our service and sales teams perform at a high level while delivering the customer experience AirWorks is known for.

You will help lead the daily operation, support technicians and sales professionals, improve processes, drive revenue, and make sure customers receive honest, professional, “Mom Approved” service.

For the right person, this role can become a long-term growth opportunity.

What You’ll Own

• Lead and support the service and sales teams

• Help manage daily scheduling, workflow, performance, and accountability

• Coach team members to improve customer experience, sales results, and productivity

• Support technicians and sales professionals in the field

• Monitor sales, service, revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational goals

• Help improve processes, systems, communication, and follow-up

• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

• Help ensure customers receive clear, honest, and consultative recommendations

• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of team members

• Address customer concerns and help resolve issues professionally

• Maintain a strong team culture built on trust, ownership, teamwork, and integrity

• Lead by example and step in wherever needed to help the team succeed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous leadership, management, sales, operations, or customer-service experience

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, home services, or a related trade is preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to coach, lead, and hold team members accountable

• Comfort working with sales and performance metrics

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

• Professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic

• Willingness to learn the technical and operational side of the business

• Valid California driver’s license and acceptable driving record

• Availability to support the team when needed, including some evenings or Saturdays
