What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate a team of talented hairstylists and barbers
• Drive store performance through coaching, recruiting, and team development
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a fun, positive culture
• Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory, and team communication
• Help grow the business through local marketing and community involvement

What We're Looking For

• Management or leadership experience in a salon, retail, or customer service environment
• Current cosmetology or barber license
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
• Ability to coach, inspire, and lead by example
