What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate a team of talented hairstylists and barbers
- Drive store performance through coaching, recruiting, and team development
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a fun, positive culture
- Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory, and team communication
- Help grow the business through local marketing and community involvement
- Management or leadership experience in a salon, retail, or customer service environment
- Current cosmetology or barber license
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Ability to coach, inspire, and lead by example
