Manufacturing Support Specialist

Pay Rate Low: 25 | Pay Rate High: 31 Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Support Specialist to support manufacturing operations, quality systems, and GMP compliance in a fast-paced, regulated environment. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams while contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to the Manufacturing department. Draft, revise, and maintain GMP documentation, including SOPs, batch records, and training materials. Support training coordination, onboarding activities, and competency tracking. Assist with quality system processes, including CAPAs, deviations, investigations, and change controls. Participate in audits, compliance activities, and continuous improvement projects. Provide hands‑on manufacturing and cleanroom support as needed. Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. Experience in Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Process Engineering, MSAT, or Technical Services preferred. Strong attention to detail, technical writing, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments. Knowledge of GMP regulations required; biologics or pharmaceutical experience preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Astrix
