About the Role

TruePT Physical Therapy and Wellness in West Erie is seeking a full-time or part-time (25 hours) Physical Therapy Technician/Aide to join our energetic and growing team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, has an interest in health and fitness, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our physical therapists and ensuring every patient receives the highest level of care and attention.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in delivering high-quality patient care
• Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment
• Guide and assist patients through prescribed exercises under therapist supervision
• Monitor and report patient responses to treatment
• Support patient flow by escorting patients to and from treatment areas
• Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, filing, and maintaining supplies
• Help ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Prior experience in a healthcare, rehabilitation, or fitness setting (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Passion for helping others improve mobility, strength, and quality of life
