Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Walnut Creek Nursing & Rehab in Erie, PA is looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team!

If you enjoy helping residents regain strength, mobility, confidence, and independence — while working alongside a collaborative rehab team — we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

As a PTA, you'll work closely with our Physical Therapists and interdisciplinary team to help residents reach their goals and get back to doing more of what matters to them.

• Provide skilled treatment under the direction of a Physical Therapist

• Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, and overall function

• Carry out individualized treatment plans

• Track resident progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT

• Collaborate with OT, SLP, nursing, and the interdisciplinary team

• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Pennsylvania

• Indirect License preferred

• SNF/LTC experience is a plus

• Experience with Net Health is a plus

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A positive, resident-focused attitude
