Maintenance Technician

In this role, you will play a critical part in keeping our production running smoothly. Our facility utilizes top-tier injection molding presses ranging from 90T to 2500T, backed by a highly structured and proactive preventive maintenance program. Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot & Diagnose: Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues on primary and auxiliary equipment.
• Equipment Repair: Perform high-quality repairs on injection molding presses (90T to 2500T) to minimize production downtime.
• Preventive Maintenance: Execute routine, comprehensive PMs as part of our robust maintenance program.
• Auxiliary Support: Maintain, troubleshoot, and service all peripheral plant and auxiliary equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience specifically within a plastic injection molding environment (Highly Preferred).
• Technical Skill: background in troubleshooting mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components.
• Work Style: Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and work effectively within a team

salary: $58,240 - $68,640 per year

Responsibilities

Responsibilities Include:

• Perform Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational issues on all production machinery.
• Execute Repairs: Repair and maintain injection molding presses ranging from 90T to 2500T.
• Conduct PMs: Routinely perform comprehensive preventive maintenance on primary machinery and auxiliary equipment.
• Support Production: Ensure minimal downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment by responding quickly to equipment failures.
• Maintain Auxiliary Systems: Service and troubleshoot peripheral plant equipment supporting the molding process

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
