Title: Finance Coordinator
Pay Rate: $24-35/HR on W2
Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm Pacific
Remote/Hybrid/In-person: Hybrid
Location: 1 Portola Avenue, Livermore CA
Team Overview: Finance Team in support of Lam Research (Sr. Fin Mgr, Fin Mgr, 2 Financial Coords) Resource's typical working day (day to day tasks):
- Purchase Order creation
- Vendor communication
- Vendor invoice processing
- Facilities Management Team coordination
Licenses/Certifications: N/A
Must Have Skills:
- Fluent in English (client requires native understanding/speaking of English – able to communicate without confusion),
- Excel, time management, process learning, communication/email, learn from mistakes, Nice to have skills:
- Coupa/myBuy, PeopleSoft Years of Experience: 0-3 years
Education: Bachelors Degree
Software skills:
- Excel, MS Suite
- Coupa/myBuy,
- PeopleSoft,
