Location: Suffolk County, NY 

Salary: $60K-$70k 

Candidate MUST be bilingual Spanish

We are seeking a strong, self-motivated HR & Intake professional to join the launch of a new branch office of a large, established home care company. This person will be responsible for managing both HR and Intake functions and will be the primary person working out of the branch office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR and Intake operations for the branch
• Handle caregiver recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee files
• Manage intake calls, referrals, applications, and client documentation
• Coordinate with the main office and corporate team as needed
• Maintain compliance with company and regulatory requirements
• Provide excellent service to clients, caregivers, and referral sources
• Identify issues and resolve them independently
• Help establish and improve branch procedures and workflows

Requirements:

• Previous experience in home care HR and/or Intake
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Comfortable being the primary person in the office
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
