Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Role Description The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a full-time, on-site role based in McKinney, TX. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and design behavior intervention programs for children receiving ABA services. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising and training behavior technicians, monitoring data collection, analyzing progress, and adjusting interventions to support positive outcomes. The BCBA will collaborate closely with families and caregivers through parent education and regular progress updates, as well as coordinate with other professionals to ensure continuity of care. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards, and contributing to a supportive, child-centered clinic environment. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis for assessment, treatment planning, and intervention design. Candidates should possess skills in Behavior Management to support positive behavior change and promote functional skill development. Candidates should possess knowledge in Psychology to inform evidence-based, developmentally appropriate care. Candidates should possess Parent Education skills to coach caregivers, support generalization of skills, and enhance family engagement. Active BCBA certification and compliance with BACB ethical guidelines. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience working with children with developmental or behavioral needs in clinical, educational, or home settings. Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
