HCM & Operations AnalystLocation: New York City (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, Fridays remote)Compensation: $100,000 base + bonus + excellent benefitsOur client, a growing global investment management firm, is seeking an HCM & Operations Analyst to join its Human Capital team.This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HRIS or HR Operations professional who enjoys working with employee data, reporting, HR systems, and process improvement. The role offers direct exposure to Workday and other HR technologies while partnering closely with HR stakeholders to support the employee lifecycle.The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to build expertise in HR systems, reporting, and HR operations. This role is well-suited for someone coming from an HR Coordinator, HR Operations, HRIS, People Operations, or Talent Operations background who is looking to grow their career within a sophisticated and expanding organization.ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day administration of HR systems and employee data processesProcess and audit employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, and terminationsMaintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with internal governance standardsGenerate recurring and ad hoc reports to support HR, leadership, and business stakeholdersAssist with employee onboarding and workforce data management activitiesPartner with HR team members to support annual talent initiatives, performance cycles, compensation activities, and organizational updatesResearch and resolve employee and manager inquiries related to HR systems and dataParticipate in data validation, testing, and system enhancement initiativesDevelop and maintain process documentation and user guidesIdentify opportunities to improve reporting, data quality, and operational efficiencyQualificationsBachelor’s Degree preferred1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, People Operations, Talent Operations, or a related areaExposure to Workday, UKG, ADP, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, or similar HR systems preferredStrong Excel skills and comfort working with large data setsThe SR Group (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
