Engineering Project Manager - Tulsa

As an Engineering Project Manager, you will be a key player in our Artificial Lift Systems Business unit, overseeing and executing Engineering projects with precision. In this Role you will work closely with the Engineering teams that support manufacturing and product to help close gaps to drive Engineering Project completion. This role is crucial in driving project success, meeting client expectations, and contributing to the overall growth and reputation of our division. You will collaborate with a talented team, leveraging your expertise and experience to make a significant impact on our operations and client satisfaction.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, industrial Engineering or related technical field3-5 years of proven experience in project managementExperience in the artificial lift or oil & gas industry is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and project management softwareStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and make sound decisionsAnalytical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently, ensuring project quality and integrity.A proactive and self-driven approach to work, with a commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and staying updated with industry advancements.Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authorityManage and coordinate Engineering projects from initial scope and planning through design, validation, production release and project closeout.
