As a Room Attendant, you’re not just ensuring the cleanliness of guest rooms – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. According to UNITE HERE L19, the new hire hourly rate for this position is $23.76 for the First 6 months. After the First 6 months the rate will increase to $26.73. After 12 months, the rate will increase to the CBA rate of $29.70.
