This is a unique blend of inside sales + consultative design that focuses on helping customers find the perfect flooring and home products for their space.

You will work in:

• Our showroom , guiding customers through the selection process
• The field/community (as needed), supporting in-home decisions and building relationships

Your goal is to simplify the buying process and deliver a high-confidence customer experience from initial contact through project completion.

• Assist customers in selecting flooring and design options
• Identify customer needs and provide personalized recommendations
• Develop and manage quotes, orders, and project details
• Consistently follow up with customers before, during, and after the sale
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain the showroom to the highest standards (clean, current, organized)
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint

• Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working in-store and in the community
• Will to learn and complete product/design training

• Background in retail sales or commission-based sales
• Interest or experience in interior design, remodeling, or home improvement
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office + ability to learn internal systems)
• Reliable transportation for occasional in-home visits

• Flexible availability required
• Includes evenings and weekends (retail environment)

• Performance-based earnings (base + commission structure)
