Position Summary
A professional who employs the nursing process to assess, implement, coordinate, and evaluate patient care activities. Collaborates with fellow Clinical Associates and healthcare professionals to address individual needs, utilizing appropriate resources to ensure high-quality, safe, and cost-effective care. Fosters strong working relationships with physicians, nursing staff, and other disciplines involved in patient and family care.

Required Education and Experience

• Current State of California Registered Nurse Licensure.
• Current PALS certification must be available upon hire or certification must be obtained within 6 months of employment.

Preferred Education and Experience

• At least one year of independent clinical experience
• BSN/ASN prepared
• Any specialty certification
