Two Speech-Language Pathologists are sought—one to work 0.8 FTE, the other 0.6 FTE—both serving two schools and able to provide services virtually. Qualifications/Preferred Background:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Oregon SLP license required
• Clinical Fellows (CFY) welcome to apply
• Experience in pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy settings strongly preferred
• Comfortable managing diverse speech and language caseloads
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students across two school sites, primarily via teletherapy
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of communication disorders and develop individualized therapy plans
• Consult regularly with teachers, families, and school staff to coordinate student support
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with district and state standards
• Contribute actively to IEP meetings and progress reporting
• Participate in training and professional development as provided
