Operations Lead

Sipi Soda Co. is looking for a highly organized, ambitious, and hands‑on Operations Lead to help oversee the day‑to‑day of our two soda shop locations — a real shot at startup experience, leadership responsibility, and direct exposure to scaling a consumer brand. Help scale one of Puerto Rico's fastest‑growing beverage startups. Training begins July 2026 · position starts August 2026. What you'll do: Oversee day‑to‑day operations across both locations Create and manage employee schedules Monitor inventory and coordinate restocking Coach, train, and support team members Maintain store standards and customer experience Track sales and operational performance Spot opportunities to improve efficiency Report directly to the founder on store performance Jump into store operations when needed You're someone who is: Organized and detail‑oriented Comfortable leading people Experienced leading teams Excited about startups and entrepreneurship Ready to take ownership and make an impact A business student or recent grad based in Puerto Rico, studying Business Admin, Entrepreneurship, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or related.
