Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Leasing Agent to join an apartment community team. The ideal candidate will have strong multifamily experience, excellent customer service skills, and a proven ability to lease apartments and build positive resident relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective and current residents
- Conduct property tours and effectively present apartment features and amenities
- Follow up with prospective residents and convert leads into leases
- Process rental applications, leases, and related paperwork
- Assist with resident questions, concerns, and customer service
- Maintain accurate leasing records and follow company policies
- Support the property team with daily office operations
Requirements:
- Previous apartment/multifamily leasing experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to meet leasing goals
- Professional, friendly, and dependable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
