Description - Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical laboratory examinations-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-following established guidelines.
• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of processes, train new personnel or students, and contribute to upholding laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment while abiding by regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Keep your certification current throughout your tenure.
