What You'll Do

• Identify prospective healthcare candidates via our unique platform, supplemented by your personal network
• Reach out to potential candidates and introduce them to MLR's opportunities while assessing their interest
• Schedule appointments for candidates with our recruiters to facilitate deeper evaluations
• Follow up with prospects to sustain their interest and guide them through the hiring process
• Keep accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your outreach

What You Need to Succeed

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A self-motivated attitude you're in charge of your day, not the other way around
• A passion for outreach, building connections, and assisting others in advancing their careers
• Previous recruiting experience is not mandatory if you are organized and resourceful, we will equip you with the tools you need to thrive

How You'll Be Paid

This opportunity is performance-based, allowing you to work solely on commission, providing you with limitless earning potential.
